I've lived in PA for 24 years. I love cars, history, and anything with an engine, and on weekends you'll usually find me on a mountain bike. I've done this long enough to know every house has a story, and most of them aren't really about the house. That's why the part of the job I care about most is helping people through a hard spot.

I love to travel, and wherever I go I end up noticing the buildings. At home, my wife Becky and I have a son, Miles, who's almost 4, so every day is a little chaotic in the best way. At work, it all comes down to doing this honestly: clear offers, no pressure, and treating people the way I'd want my own family treated.

I keep everything organized so nothing gets missed, usually with a big cup of coffee within reach. If something in your sale needs a follow-up, I'm the one making sure it actually happens.

I build the systems that run behind the scenes, and if I do my job right, you'll never notice them. When I'm not working, I'm traveling and trying new food, usually in the parts of Europe most people skip.
Settlement Lead
I've worked in residential real estate for over 10 years, and now I'm the one who gets your sale to the closing table. I'm picky about details, and I'll always tell you exactly where things stand.
Settlement Specialist
I work behind the scenes on the paperwork and every step before closing. I like getting all the small pieces in order, because that's what makes closing day smooth. If a paper needs a signature or a date checked, it crosses my desk first.
